Product Information

The S. Zaveri & Sons products displayed at the Site are available at the store in Mumbai, India. The prices displayed at the Site, however, are quoted in Indian Rupees as well as U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective globally. All prices are subject to change without prior notification depending upon the prevailing gold and diamond rates and other variable factors. Actual weights may vary to a marginal extent (+/-0.500g for gold and +/-0.05ct for gemstones) for custom orders.

Zaveri & Sons also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in S. Zaveri & Sons' sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or S. Zaveri & Sons, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
